Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://branchloomhome.com. BranchLoom Home is operated by BRANCHIO LLC.

Shipping area and cost

We ship to valid addresses in all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is free throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently advertise international shipping. Any location-specific restriction that becomes necessary will be disclosed before checkout.

Order cutoff

The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Transit and total delivery estimate

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 4–7 business days, including processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier disruptions, severe weather, address issues or other events outside our reasonable control.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address supplied at checkout after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact support@branchloomhome.com as soon as possible. Address changes, order modifications and cancellations can be requested only before shipment. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect or cancel it through the order system.

Delivery problems

Check the delivery address and surrounding delivery area if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found. Then contact the carrier and our support team. Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 7 days after delivery.
