Seller and products

The seller is BRANCHIO LLC, operating BranchLoom Home. We sell home organization products through https://branchloomhome.com. The product page at purchase describes the item, materials, dimensions, color and included components. Lifestyle props are not included unless listed in package contents.

Price and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Applicable sales tax and the final amount are shown before payment. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. See Payment Policy.

Acceptance and availability

We confirm order acceptance and fulfillment information by email. If an unavailable item, payment problem or clear listing error prevents fulfillment, we contact you to agree on a correction or cancel and refund the order. Replacements and price changes require your agreement.

Delivery

We provide free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with no minimum order value. The order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday. Processing takes 1–2 business days, transit takes an estimated 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change your order before shipment by contacting us. We confirm the request. Refunds for confirmed pre-shipment cancellations are issued within 5 calendar days, with a further 3–10 business days possible for bank posting.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, including new and slightly used products, within 30 calendar days after delivery. Direct exchanges are also available within this period. After authorization, send your return within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required. Return shipping and exchange shipping are free, and we charge no restocking fee. A free prepaid return shipping label is included in your package. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after we receive your return; inspection is completed within that same period. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Seller responsibility

BRANCHIO LLC is responsible for supplying the ordered products and resolving fulfillment, delivery, product and refund issues. Contact us about an item that arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect or inconsistent with its description. No separate 7-day deadline reduces the 30-day return window. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
